James Goodyear has resided in Windermere since 2003 when his family relocated from Lake County. Spending most weekends on the family boat cruising the Butler Chain of Lakes, James grew fond of the tight community feeling that Windermere offered. With an education in Nursing and Aviation, James steps into the Real Estate industry with a positive, creative and energetic mindset, eager to build strong relationships with everyone he works with. James strives to provide excellence in customer service combined with a meticulous attention to detail, creating an unforgettable experience in every Real Estate transaction. Having grown up in Windermere, James has become an expert in Central Florida Real Estate Market and all it has to offer.
